The announcement of a new raft of tariffs by the US targeting particular countries and products, and reciprocal tariffs by affected countries, has led to a new a ‘Tariff War’.  Tariff wars often have unintended consequences and negatively affect trading businesses and consumers. 

At this event co-hosted by Commodity Trading Club and Hill Dickinson LLP we will discuss some of the legal implications for business and their trading contracts, with a focus on key provisions.
