Join the Commodity Trading Club in collaboration with Athena Intelligence for an interactive workshop on fraud prevention in trade finance and commodities, led by Jonas Rey, CEO of Athena Intelligence.

Taking place at Signature Bahnhofplatz in Zürich on 17 September, the workshop will examine major fraud cases that have affected the commodity trading and trade finance industries over the past five years.

Through real-world examples, participants will explore how fraudulent transactions were structured, which warning signs were missed, and what practical lessons financial institutions, trading companies, and other market participants can draw from these cases.

The session will also include an interactive exercise designed to test participants’ ability to identify red flags, assess suspicious transactions, and detect potentially fraudulent trades.
